I would like to write a review for M Thomas Loiseau. In all the years we have banked with this branch it has proved difficult to make ourselves understood. We did use basic French but it was not all that easy. We never complained as we were living in France and English is not an official language. To my delight M Loiseau came to the branch and with his excellent English we were able to communicate very well. Sadly, we have left France now but M Loiseau assisted us with the transfer of money and to close our bank accounts. I would like you to know what an asset you have in M Loiseau. As well as his professionalism he performed each of our requests, including video chats in an excellent and efficient manner. We struck a perfect client/banker relationship. If I was still living in France I would definitely remain with this Branch. What is more, I will not hesitate in recommending this Branch to English speakers as M Loiseau lessened the stress of having to deal with Credit Agricole. Thank you very much for employing M Loiseau. He offered a great service to us always courteous and with a smile. We shall miss him greatly as this quality in a person is becoming rare. All the best for the future M Loiseau.
